Naturally, we are aware of the troubled start to the campaign. The introduction of the M7 hardware was not without its fits and starts. In particular, the biggest annoyance was not being able to save the channel list to easily get a signal abroad. We have resolved these and other issues through updates to the equipment. For example, we have also added an eco standby mode to shorten boot time, improved EPG data and clearer error messages.

We recommend that you advise customers to update packages that come from old stock before taking them on a trip. The new packages that will be delivered this year will in principle already contain the latest software. An additional check is of course always recommended.
